You will collaborate with Business Development Managers to support customers, achieve targets and maximise commission while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospects into sales to contribute to growth and retention.
• Build strong relationships with Business Development Managers and Executives to maximise retention and growth.
• Contact customers by phone, email and Teams to develop and grow accounts.
• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs while contributing to team success.
• Own customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolutions.
