Candidates should have excellent organisational skills and relevant education, including a NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience. Qualifications

  • Good level of general education, including Mathematics and English.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Experience as a secretary is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to the inpatient mental health team.
  • Manage consultant diaries and coordinate patient MDTs.
  • Attend patient meetings and live-type notes in real time.
