• Provide consultant and Approved Clinician responsibility for all patients.
• Conduct prompt and comprehensive assessment of admissions.
• Oversee treatment plans and ensure adherence to mental health act.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of speciality

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Ability to meet duties under MHA and MCA

Ability to work in and lead a team

Participated in research and service provision

Education

MB BS or equivalent medical qualification

Fully registered with GMC with license

Approved clinician status
