Qualifications

• Customer-facing environment experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in admin tasks.
• Able to manage multiple admin tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role.
• Ensure complex administration and support meets required standards and timescales.
• Maintain data accuracy using the appropriate system and format.
• Prepare standard and adhoc reports as required by the department.
• Handle appointments bookings and changes.
• Coordinate availability of rooms and consultants.
• Create, alter or cancel clinics to support business needs.
