  • Operate Arburg and/or Demag moulding machines.
  • Carry out tool changes, process set-ups, and machine maintenance.
  • Support tool trials, first-off approvals, and quality checks.
  • Modify, maintain, and prepare mould tools for production.

Injection Mould Setter / Tooling Technician

A well-established manufacturer is looking for an experienced Injection Mould Setter to join their modern toolroom. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with strong mould‑setting skills and a practical approach to supporting production and tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely mount, dismount, and set injection mould tools
  • Operate Arburg and/or Demag moulding machines
  • Carry out tool changes, process set‑ups, and machine maintenance
  • Support tool trials, first‑off approvals, and quality checks
  • Modify, maintain, and prepare mould tools for production
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers as needed
Requirements
  • Proven injection mould setting experience
  • Knowledge of Arburg/Demag machines
  • Understanding of materials and moulding processes
  • Able to work to deadlines without compromising safety or quality
  • Strong communicator and team player
