Infrastructure Support Engineer (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Southampton

Join Telent's Engineering Team and be part of a high-performing group working on complex and critical infrastructure. As an NOC Technician, you'll support the network operations center, ensuring incident resolution and operational excellence in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
• Create and manage network incident tickets from customer reports.
• Action Service Requests and allocate/despatch tickets to support teams.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management with relevant providers and teams.
• Communicate incident updates to customers and liaise with utility companies during power-related issues.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.
• Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
