Qualifications

  • Strong experience of developing and supporting Microsoft servers and enterprise core services like Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Experience with Azure deployments and supporting other Azure platform components.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver according to programme requirements.

Job Description
  • Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
  • Assist in the deployment of new systems and upgrades to existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the secure and efficient operation of technology systems.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Document technical processes and create user guides where necessary.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will:

  • Deliver and maintain the cyber elements that underpins programme delivery
  • Ensure tasks are prioritised and delivered in accordance with programme requirements.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise for the programme.
  • Strong experience of developing and supporting Microsoft servers and enterprise core services (Active Directory, Exchange etc) as well as Azure deployments of these services
  • Supporting other Azure platform components and associated troubleshooting
