AECOM is seeking an Associate Cost Manager to support growth across Scotland, the Midlands and North of England, focusing on water and environment sectors. You will play a key role delivering cost management for major capital projects while mentoring more junior team members.

You will work within the Buildings & Places Infrastructure group, providing accurate, value-driven services for high-profile clients, from inception through to commissioning, and contributing to business growth.

Qualifikationen

• Good working knowledge of NEC4 contracts (PSC and ECC).
• Experience in cost and commercial management in multi-organisation projects.
• Experience in client organisations or colocated/secondment arrangements would be beneficial.

• Lead and deliver all aspects of cost management from inception of a project through to completion.
• Achieve the highest standards of professional competence and maintain client relationships.
• Drive performance standards and technical excellence through effective communication and use of the performance management process.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with clients and raise the firm’s profile as a provider of premium services.
• Actively support the internal team and manage junior staff on complex projects.
• Develop marketing opportunities and support Directors in following up leads for new business.
