AECOM is seeking an Associate Cost Manager to support major capital projects for water and environment sectors across the UK. You will lead cost management from inception to completion, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff.

This role offers hybrid work options and opportunities to develop business with major clients like Scottish Water and the Environment Agency, contributing to innovative infrastructure solutions.

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent); MRICS accreditation or working towards membership is preferred.
• Experience delivering cost management on large capital projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver cost management from inception through to completion.
• Uphold professional standards and manage client relationships.
• Drive performance standards through accurate cost and performance data.
• Develop relationships with clients to promote the firm’s services.
• Support junior team members on complex projects.
• Identify marketing opportunities and assist Directors in pursuing new business.
