AECOM is seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager to support major capital projects for water and infrastructure clients across Scotland, the Midlands and the North of England. You will lead cost management across the full project lifecycle and mentor junior staff within a collaborative, innovative team.

You will work on high‑profile assignments for clients like Scottish Water and the Environment Agency, contributing to the delivery of value‑driven solutions while developing business

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NEC4 contracts (PSC and ECC) and cost/commercial management in multi‑organisation teams.
• Experience working in a client organisation or via secondment arrangements is beneficial.
• MRICS accreditation (or working toward) is desirable.

• Lead and deliver all aspects of cost management from project inception through to completion.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships and uphold the firm’s profile.
