AECOM is seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager to support major capital projects in the UK, across Scotland, the Midlands and the North, with emphasis on water and environment sectors. You will manage cost across the full lifecycle, from inception to commissioning, and mentor junior staff within an established Buildings & Places team.

Qualifikationen

• Good working knowledge of NEC4 suite of contracts, particularly PSC and ECC.
• Experience of cost/commercial management as part of integrated teams.
• Experience in a client organisation or through secondment/colocation is beneficial.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) required; MRICS preferred.

• Lead and deliver all aspects of cost management from inception through to completion.
• Maintain high professional standards in dealings with clients and contacts.
• Drive performance standards and excellence via communication and performance management processes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and raise the firm’s profile.
• Mentor and support junior team members on complex projects.
• Identify marketing opportunities and assist Directors in pursuing new business.
