Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data protection, GDPR and NHS IG standards.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in compliance or healthcare settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Information Governance (IG) framework.
• Write, review, and update IG policies.
• Manage data breaches, DPIAs, SARs, FOI requests.
• Lead CQC preparation, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Act as the main IG contact for NHS Digital.
• Oversee incident logging and investigations.
• Support Clinical Governance meetings with reporting.
• Act as Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.
