Integral Cooling Technologies, Industrial Refrigeration Division, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to own major bids across the South West. You’ll drive from client brief to tender submission, shaping cost‑effective, compliant solutions for large-scale food manufacturing and logistics projects.

You’ll lead technical bid development, run the programme, negotiate with suppliers, and present at client reviews, ensuring robust risk and margin management.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in UK industrial refrigeration.
• Proven record of leading bids & winning orders £500k–£6m.
• Experience from concept design through to tender submission and award.

Responsabilités

• Build and qualify the pipeline with senior relationships.
• Turn briefs into concepts covering system architecture and costs.
• Own and manage the tender process with a traceable cost model.
• Ensure offers price BS EN 378, PED, DSEAR, F‑Gas & COMAH.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Lead bid support and develop junior bid resources.
• Hand over successful bids to Contracts/PM team after award.
