Qualificações

• Experience in packaging/industrial consumables/B2B environment.
• Proven track record of delivering new business growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and account development skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target, and win new customers across Glasgow and surrounding areas.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned to business objectives.
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, social selling and industry engagement.
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Present tailored proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and secure profitable business.
• Manage onboarding and account development for newly acquired customers.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and forecast reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, customer service and commercial teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
