A local authority in England seeks a motivated Individual Needs Assistant for Bonners CoE Primary School in Uckfield. This part-time position involves supporting a child in Year 5 with specific needs as outlined in their EHCP. This fixed-term role offers 28.33 hours per week during term time only, with a pro-rata salary of £24,796. Location: Uckfield, East Sussex, United Kingdom (On-site)
Hours of work: 28 hours 20 minutes per week, 08:40am to 15:20pm. Working pattern: Part‑time, term‑time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years’ continuous service).
The position is fixed term until July 2027 and salary will be pro‑rata.

Our school requires an Individual Needs Assistant to work with a child in Year 5 with an EHCP. This fixed‑term contract will last 18 months because of the child’s statement.
