Regenda Homes is seeking an Independent Living Officer to deliver high-quality housing management across our Independent Living schemes in Merseyside. You will build strong relationships with residents, deliver excellent customer service and support vulnerable customers, while managing tenancy and estate matters and handling enquiries and complaints.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management or customer-facing roles, preferably in social housing.
• Experience supporting vulnerable customers and handling sensitive situations.
• Strong knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, IT and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car; housing qualification or willingness to study towards one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housing management services for residents in Independent Living schemes.
• Build positive resident relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support vulnerable customers and manage tenancy and estate matters.
