The West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Independent Living team. You will provide housing support services to help residents stay independent and collaborate with local services to prevent social isolation and promote health and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates will have experience with older people, strong IT skills, and a proven ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering excellent customer service in a social housing setting.
