Job summary

Codi Group in Newport is seeking a Specialist Project Worker/Senior Support Worker for a full-time fixed-term role until August 2027. You will work Monday to Friday in office hours within the Pathways Floating Support Team.

You will provide intensive, person-centred housing support to individuals with complex needs, helping them sustain tenancy, improve wellbeing, and access specialist services while collaborating with mental health, substance misuse and healthcare partners.

Responsibilities
