Job summary

A leading educational assessments organization is seeking Independent End-Point Assessors for Children, Young People, and Families in the Yorkshire area. Candidates must have a Level 4 qualification and experience in competence-based interviewing. The role involves conducting assessments that ensure the apprentices meet the requisite skills and standards set by employers. We are looking for individuals who can provide unbiased evaluations and support continuous improvement in apprenticeship assessment processes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience of competence-based interviewing within the last 5 years.
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate registered for the update service.
• Experience of complying with quality assurance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-point assessments on apprentices in the Yorkshire area.
• Maintain service-level agreements regarding EPA activities.
• Assess performance aligned with assessment and grading criteria.
