Job summary

A global educational leader is seeking an Independent End-Point Assessor to conduct assessments that ensure apprentices meet rigorous standards. Qualifications

• Experience of working in a healthcare setting within the last 2 years.
• Evidence of commitment to maintaining continuous professional development (CPD).
• Minimum two working days during the week will be required for EPA role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-point assessments onsite or remotely based on agreements with employers.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all EPA reports and evidence.
• Maintain service-level agreements in response to EPA planning and operational activities.

Skills

Occupational competence in children and young people's support

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of apprenticeship standards

Ability to assess free from bias

Education

Registered healthcare professional

Formal assessor qualification (A1, TAQA)
