A UK College is seeking an Inclusive Learning Coach to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) at their Bailrigg and Accrington sites. This full-time position requires a Level 3 qualification in Education and experience in delivering effective learning support. The role includes managing a caseload of SEND learners, planning interventions, and collaborating with teaching staff. A proactive commitment to inclusivity and strong communication skills are essential. Salary is up to £22,789.79 pro-rata, depending on experience.

Hours: 35 per week
Working Weeks: 40 per year

Our Additional Learning Support (ALS) Department is a vibrant, learner‑centred team committed to breaking down barriers and empowering students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive. You’ll be joining a highly supportive, knowledgeable and values‑driven team who work collaboratively to champion inclusivity across the college. This is a role where your expertise, creativity and passion for supporting others can make a life‑changing difference every single day.
Whether delivering specialist 1:1 interventions, helping learners build confidence and independence, or working closely with curriculum teams to create inclusive learning environments, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
Successful candidates will be allocated to either Accrington & Rossendale College or Nelson & Colne College per academic year. Allocation may change in future years depending on learner recruitment and business need.
