We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and proactive Inclusion Manager to join Stour Valley Community School and play a key role in supporting students with additional needs, particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.
This is a non-teaching role but includes elements similar to specialist SEMH provision. You will work directly with high-need pupils, design bespoke interventions, and take a lead role in coordinating inclusive support across the school.
