A leading educational trust is seeking a committed individual to support and promote an inclusive culture at Charles Darwin Primary School in Norwich. This part-time position (14 hours per week) focuses on helping vulnerable students overcome barriers to learning. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and relevant qualifications. Benefits include generous leave, health plans, and development programs. Salary: Support Staff Pay Scale E: £8,737 to £9,312 pro‑rata per annum (Actual) (£26,403 – £28,142 full time/full year equivalent)
Fixed term: Until 12th April 2027
Part Time: 14 hours per week / 2 days (Working days can be discussed at interview)
Working Weeks: 39 weeks
Start Date: April 2026

Charles Darwin Primary School and Nursery is a free school located in the heart of Norwich which opened in September 2016. The school was rated outstanding by Ofsted in June 2019 for overall effectiveness and has maintained success in their first ungraded inspection in April 2025.
