  • Maintain oversight of the incident lifecycle and risk management.
  • Own and maintain the company-wide risk register, ensuring risks are clearly defined, assessed, and regularly reviewed.
  • Ensure all risks have appropriate mitigation strategies and control measures in place.
  • Support the implementation and oversight of department risk registers, ensuring alignment with the corporate risk framework.

  • Ensure alignment with regulatory standards including CQC, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and quality teams to ensure compliance and readiness for external inspections.
  • Contribute to policy development and review cycles, ensuring incident and risk policies are current and effective.
  • Produce regular incident and risk reports for governance committees and senior leadership.
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders during investigations and audits.
  • Support the development of escalation pathways and reporting structures for incident reporting and governance data.
  • Deliver training on incident reporting and investigation processes to staff across departments.
