CCA Recruitment Group is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist in Andover to join a market-leading organisation specialising in later-life planning services. You will handle inbound enquiries, deliver compliant advice and guide customers through the sales journey with empathy.

You will work in a FCA-regulated environment with a basic salary plus uncapped commission, enjoy hybrid weekend shifts and a comprehensive induction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, contact centre, or customer service.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, empathetic, customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work accurately within a regulated environment.
• FCA-regulated environment experience desirable but not essential.
