CCA Recruitment Group in Andover is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor to join a market-leading organisation. You’ll contact customers who have expressed interest, explain product options clearly, and guide them to informed decisions that meet their needs.

This role emphasizes quality, compliance, and customer outcomes, with warm leads, FCA compliance, and a 37.5-hour week Mon–Fri with occasional weekend rotation.

The Role as a Outbound Sales Advisor

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll contact customers who have expressed an interest in our services, guiding them through available options and answering any questions they may have.

You’ll combine excellent customer service with consultative selling, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate information while maintaining the highest standards of FCA compliance.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• Previous experience within an outbound sales, telesales, contact centre
• Strong telephone-based communication skills
• Proven ability to build rapport and influence customers positively
• Experience recording and maintaining accurate customer information
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and quality standards

Working Hours
