Car Finance 247 is expanding its Bournemouth office and seeks experienced sales professionals to join the brand-new team. This FCA-regulated role involves guiding customers through finance options, liaising with lenders and dealers, and driving deals from enquiry to payout.

You'll work in a high-volume, commission-driven environment with a focus on compliant conversations, customer-first service, and career progression within a leading UK car finance broker.

Qualifikationen

• 12-18+ months' experience in a sales role within motor finance, car sales (dealership or broker) or financial services/FCA-regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Speak with warm, pre-qualified customers—no cold calling.
• Understand customers' vehicle needs, budgets and finance options.
• Match customers with suitable lenders and vehicles via our dealer network.
• Manage the full customer journey from application through to payout.
• Ensure every interaction is FCA-compliant and customer-focused.
• Use our bespoke technology platform to manage your pipeline and progress deals.
• Close deals, hit targets and maximise commission.
