The role offers a basic salary with uncapped commission in a FCA-regulated customer sales environment, plus benefits and hybrid weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate has sales or customer service experience, a proven track record, and strong communication skills.

Inbound Sales Specialist

Location: Andover
Salary: £29,391 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
Environment: FCA-Regulated Customer Sales Environment

We're looking for Customer Service Sales Agent to join a market‑leading organisation specialising in later‑life planning services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a supportive and successful team where customer experience, compliance, and commercial success go hand in hand. You'll be speaking with customers who have expressed an interest in learning more, helping them make informed decisions through professional and consultative conversations.

The Role

• Handle warm inbound enquiries from prospective customers.
• Build rapport and understand individual customer needs.
• Deliver clear, compliant and customer‑focused advice.
• Guide customers through the sales journey with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer records and system updates.
• Ensure all conversations adhere to FCA and company compliance standards.
• Achieve and exceed sales and quality targets.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Working Hours

• 37.5 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm.
• One late shift per week working until 8:00pm.
• Weekend working on a rota basis:
• 1 Saturday in 4 (9:00am to 6:00pm)
• 1 Sunday in 8 (10:00am to 5:00pm)
• Weekend shifts are worked from home, with a day off in lieu during the week.

About You

• Previous sales, contact centre or customer service experience.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A professional, empathetic and customer‑focused approach.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• The ability to work accurately within a regulated environment.
• Experience working within an FCA‑regulated environment would be desirable, but is not essential.
