Job summary

Teleperformance is hiring a Customer Expert in Glasgow to handle inbound calls and chats for Virgin Money/Nationwide. The role starts on 11 January 2027, is full-time (40 hours/week) with shifts 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, at Glasgow Cuprum Building. The role requires in-office presence for initial training and cannot be done from home.

Salary £26,436.80 per year, with extensive background checks. You will protect and develop customer loyalty through outstanding care, assisting business
