Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls for Virgin Money/Nationwide. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, based at Glasgow Cuprum Building with on-site training at the client’s office on Bothwell Street.

Start date 11 January 2027. You will deliver outstanding customer care, promote products, and meet KPIs while maintaining high attendance and reliability.
