Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls and chats on behalf of Virgin Money/Nationwide. The role is full-time, office-based with 40 hours per week, starting 11 January 2027, at Glasgow Cuprum Building. Initial training at client office on Bothwell Street.

You will deliver outstanding customer care, promote suitable products, and maintain high attendance. The position requires flexibility across 8am–6pm, strong listening and communication skills, attention
