Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to join our team supporting Virgin Money/Nationwide. This full-time role involves inbound calls and chats, with initial training at the client’s office on Bothwell Street, Glasgow. Start Date: 11 January 2027.

Salary £26,436.80 per annum. Working Mon-Fri 8:00 am–6:00 pm, 40 hours per week, on-site. You will protect and develop customer loyalty through outstanding care, handle financial services enquiries, and participate in background
