Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls and chats for Virgin Money/Nationwide, delivering outstanding customer care and building loyalty.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with shifts Mon-Fri, 8:00–18:00, based at Glasgow Cuprum Building. Start date 11 January 2027; training at the client’s office on Bothwell Street. Salary £26,436.80 per year, with an extensive benefits package.
