Teleperformance in Glasgow is hiring a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls and chats for Virgin Money/Nationwide. The role starts 11 January 2027 and is office-based at Glasgow Cuprum Building. Training will take place at the client's office on Bothwell Street.

The full-time permanent position offers a 40-hour week, shifts Mon-Fri 8.00 am - 6.00 pm, and a salary of £26,436.80 per annum. No early time-off in first 8 weeks; join a team focused on customer care and loyalty.
