Qualifications

• Minimum of three Level Two qualifications including literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to build rapport and adapt to trainee's needs.
• Experience of working within a social firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide in work support and share in completion of work with trainees.
• Identify independence skills required by trainees and plan activities.
• Liaise with parents/carers, social workers, and other stakeholders.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to build rapport

Knowledge of working with individuals with learning disabilities

Experience with safeguarding legislation

Ability to work under own initiative

Education

At least three Level Two qualifications

Level 3 qualification or above
