Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to guide in-store teams and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and act as the responsible manager in the absence of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience for customers.
Work across all areas of the store and with colleagues as the go-to person for daily operational queries.
Coach colleagues, give feedback and model excellent service.
Lead the store in the Manager’s absence with balanced, flexible decision-making.
Foster inclusive relationships and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results.
