Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership or management in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and motivate a team.
• Over 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver great in-store customer service.
• Work across store departments and act as the go-to person for daily queries.
• Build inclusive relationships and support colleagues' performance.
• Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt to change.
• Coach colleagues and provide feedback.
