Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Store Shift Lead to help deliver a great customer experience on the shop floor. You will lead the team, tackle daily challenges, and act as the go-to person for store operations in the Manager's absence.

You’ll work across all areas of the store, coach colleagues, communicate clearly, and build inclusive relationships to help everyone perform at their best. A passion for service and flexibility in scheduling are essential.
