Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a proactive Clothing Store Manager to lead in-store operations, ensuring superb product presentation and availability for customers. You will supervise teams from shop floor to warehouse and drive performance through coaching and disciplined people management.

You will occasionally assume full store responsibility, directing colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet daily objectives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience delivering KPI targets across sales, stock availability and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues to raise service levels.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the management of the TU brand in store, ensuring products are available and displayed beautifully.
• Ensure your area runs smoothly daily from shop floor to warehouse.
• People management, performance coaching, disciplinary handling and scheduling/pay accuracy.
• Occasionally assume overall store leadership to guide colleagues and deliver for customers.
