Job summary

Claridge's in London is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator to lead the In Room Dining team, presenting beautifully prepared dishes with grace and discretion, delivering the classic Claridge's experience in the privacy of guests' rooms.

You will support the In Room Dining Manager, take orders, upsell to maximise revenue, identify training needs, and ensure service is prompt, professional, and memorable in a five-star environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a five-star or fine dining environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the In Room dining team of approximately 27.
• Take in-room dining orders and upsell to maximise revenue.
• Respond to guest calls with grace, accuracy and discretion.
• Identify training needs from guest comments and conduct training.
• Ensure prompt, professional service within guests' rooms.
• Assist Head Waiters and Waiters and handle complaints promptly.
