Auberge Collection’s Cambridge House seeks an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to oversee an exclusive in-room dining program in a luxury London townhouse. You will guide a dedicated team, maintain operational excellence, and deliver highly personalised guest experiences around the clock.

The role emphasizes meticulous service, refined menu curation, and discreet delivery while upholding health, safety and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a luxury in-room dining operation.
• Strong understanding of personalised guest expectations.
• Experience managing and developing team members in a fast-paced, high-detail service environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities calmly.
• Strong communication and attentive, service-led approach.
• Good understanding of hotel systems and service logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the in-room dining service daily rhythm, ensuring excellence in presentation, timing and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure orders are delivered with precision and discretion to reflect luxury standards.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams for smooth communication and efficient workflow.
• Lead and supporting team members with clear communication and elevated service delivery.
• Monitor guest interactions, solicit feedback and embed improvements into practice.
• Oversee ordering systems, POS accuracy and service logistics for seamless operations.
• Drive training and development to enhance product knowledge and service confidence.
• Manage rotas to ensure balanced coverage across service periods, including late-night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
