Qualifications

• Proven experience within a luxury in-room dining operation.
• 1-2 sentences describing premium guest service.
• Experience managing and developing team members in a fast-paced, high-detail service environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly.
• Strong communication skills and a service-led approach.
• Good understanding of hotel systems, ordering platforms and service logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the seamless daily rhythm of the in-room dining service, ensuring consistent excellence in presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction.
• 2) Ensure all guest orders are delivered with precision, discretion, reflecting the highest standards of luxury service.
• 3) Coordinate closely with culinary and service departments to ensure smooth communication and an efficient workflow.
• 4) Manage and support team members within the in-room dining department, ensuring clear communication and calm coordination.
• 5) Monitor service standards, gather feedback, and embed improvements into practice.
• 6) Oversee ordering systems, POS accuracy, and service logistics for operational efficiency.
• 7) Drive training, coaching and development of colleagues to elevate service levels and guest moments.
• 8) Manage rotas and scheduling for balanced coverage, including late-night service.
• 9) Ensure health, safety, hygiene and licensing compliance across all operations.
• 10) Control food and beverage costs and minimise wastage.
• 11) Collaborate with other departments to refine and elevate the in-room dining offering.
