Job summary

Cambridge House, part of the Auberge Collection in Mayfair, seeks an In-Room Dining Coordinator to link guests with its culinary world and deliver thoughtful, personal service in-room. You will handle calls and orders with discretion, ensuring warmth, accuracy and seamless delivery across the guest experience.

Daily duties include coordinating orders with culinary and House teams, maintaining high standards of etiquette and confidentiality, and contributing to evolving in-room dining procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in In-Room Dining, preferably luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with warmth when interacting with guests and team members.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to prioritise in a busy service environment.
• Collaborative spirit, discretion and professionalism; flexible across shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate food and beverage orders with culinary and House teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients and beverages to offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other teams to arrange guest amenities and special occasions.
• Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette, presentation, confidentiality, food safety and service quality.
• Contribute to development of in-room dining procedures for seamless service and welcoming culture.
• Foster a welcoming, respectful environment where teammates feel valued and heard.
