You will lead the team, uphold 5-star standards, and handle guest requests with creativity. The role offers progression, training opportunities and recognition within the Dorchester Collection.

Qualifications

• Previous In-Room Dining Supervisor experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong customer-service ethos and guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor In-Room Dining sales, service and operational systems.
• Lead and motivate the In-Room Dining team to meet budgets and service standards.
• Ensure the In-Room Dining environment matches a 5-star establishment.
• Handle guest requests with flexibility and creativity.
• Take orders and deliver In-Room Dining and manage mini-bars/amenities.
• Provide training and development for the team and support events.
• Deputize for manager and manage opening/closing of departments.
• Complete personal objectives and assist with other tasks as needed.
