Job description

Opportunity for a commercial Lawyer to join an established Charity within the education sector. The position is for a Legal Adviser (in-house counsel) and will be a 12-month fixed term contract.

As a Legal Adviser you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the in-house legal team with providing advice on legal matters, regulation and risk. You will have a varied workload of commercial contracts, property queries, procurement, data protection, and some debt recovery.

To be considered, you will be a qualified Lawyer with experience of legal and commercial activities. Experience in education, charity or another regulated sector desirable but not essential. On offer is a salary of £60,000-£65,000 (depending on experience) and hybrid working (3 days a week in the office, London).
