Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Relationship Consultant to work across Keighley and Silsden branches. You will engage with customers, understand their needs and guide them through our savings range and services, including virtual and in-branch support.

The role is fixed-term until 01 April 2027, full-time (36 hours per week), with a salary of £26,750 per annum and a broad range of benefits focused on wellbeing and financial security.

Formación

• Experience delivering customer service in retail or banking environments.
• Able to understand customer needs and offer suitable financial products.
• Comfort with face-to-face, virtual and telephone conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to understand needs and tailor appropriate savings products.
• Act as first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm and helpfulness.
• Conduct My Review appointments face to face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss needs and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with policies and controls.
