Qualifikationen

• Previous experience interacting with customers.
• Experience in a contact centre environment is desirable.
• Able to demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Aufgaben

• Engage with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Act as first point of contact for branch customers with enthusiasm.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments face to face, virtually, or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers to identify needs and discuss options.
• Educate customers on savings products and channels to engage with us.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Adhere to policies and controls relevant to the role with appropriate training.
