Job summary

Skipton Building Society in Leeds & Guiseley is recruiting a Customer Relationship Consultant for a permanent 36-hour-per-week role across both branches. You will engage customers to identify needs, explain our savings range and services, and run ‘My Review’ appointments to discuss financial goals.

You will be the friendly face and voice, offering in-branch, virtual and outbound contact while providing a first-class service that places customers at the heart of every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of interacting with customers.
• Experience in a Contact Centre environment may be beneficial.
• Flexible engagement across in-branch, virtual and telephone channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and tailor the relevant solution.
• Be the first point of contact for customers in branch with enthusiasm.
• Conduct ‘My Review’ appointments face-to-face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss needs.
• Educate customers on products and available channels to engage with us.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Adhere to policies, standards and limits of authority applicable to the role.
