You will listen, inform on savings products, and support customers through My Review appointments—face to face, virtually or by phone.

The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, cross-channel engagement, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
• Able to adapt to different customer needs and channels.
• Strong listening skills and problem solving to find the best outcome for the customer and the society.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and tailor appropriate solutions.
• Be the first point of contact in branch, providing friendly, helpful service.
• Conduct My Review appointments face to face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively reach out to customers to discuss needs and product options.
• Educate customers on a range of products and services and how to engage via different channels.
