Job summary

Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative to support customers in branch, over the phone and online. You will handle everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers to banking services and digital tools, helping them manage their money with confidence.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week), based at branches in the Finchfield area, with a 45-minute commute expectation. Training is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Comfort with using digital tools and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
• Handle transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers through banking products and services to manage their money.
• Work with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service during busy periods.
• Follow processes and escalate issues to protect customers and Nationwide.
